I have switched carriers and wish to have iPhone devices (family plan) unlocked. When I attempted to get them unlocked, I entered the IMEI codes and got the response noted above: "Looks like the IMEI number you entered doesn't match an AT&T device." I have rechecked the IMEI number (several times) and know I entered them correctly. One device was bought from Apple directly and the other was provided by an AT&T sanctioned replacement phone company pursuant to a service contract. I called the toll free customer assistance number and was told by the rep (after about 1/2 hour on the phone) that she would put an "urgent" handling request on my problem, but have still heard nothing. HELP!

Solution for accessing sbcglobal.net e-mail: Doesn't Work Consistently
I have a recurring issue of being unable to access sbcglobal.net e-mail.
In my opinion the problems are having an att.com e-mail address that I do NOT use, and for which I don't know the login or password.
I was forced to set up this e-mail when I switched from Verizon to ATT but if the issue isn't resolved PERMANENTLY, not just for a few days, ATT is losing me as a customer PERMANENTLY!
I have had nothing but problems with auto pay, billing, my grandson sharing a plan with me, slow internet at times, and e-mail, for almost a year now. They should have their act together by now or Verizon here I come. And with Verizon I never had a problem with no coverage even at Greer's Ferry Lake at Fairfield Bay in the middle of the woods. Family members with ATT were all borrowing my phone because I was the only one with Verizon. I have NO coverage now when I go to my sister's a few miles out from Beebe, AR. But I fell for the offer of one of ATT's good deals It isn't a good deal if you can't access e-mail and your phone has no service.

When I try to reset my password, I get a message that voicemail is unavailable. I’ve had the 7plus for a couple of months and just realized I was getting no voicemails. I re booted the phone. I reset the WiFi settings, I reset the phone... and the above is the message I got. Can anyone help???

I ordered 4 Iphone 11 pro and they keep cancelling my orders saying they are unable to verify identity. Everything of my information is correct even when I try rolling the tax payment for next month bill and using my card later to make the payment, so i don't understand and it's very frustrating. Device unlock outside the US
Good day
I am hoping you can assist. I bought a Iphone Xs max from Best buy but has since traveled outside the US and the phone is currently locked to service provider in South Africa.
They cannot seem to assist me in unlocking the device since they do not even know what i am talking about. I have tried requesting an unlock through the portal but it keeps being denied because it is not on the AT&T IMEI list.
Would anybody be able to assist me in unlocking the device? I am not sure when i will be going back to the US at this stage.

Call Forwarding
So when will ATT solve the call forwarding problem? My iPhone X had the issue for the last 6 months, now my iPhone 11 Pro has the issue. The feature worked once on my iPhone 11 Pro I was able to turn it on and off easily now when I go to use it the icon just spins where the toggle switch should be it is still spinning and has been for the last three days. ATT has known about this problem for over a year and in fact your site says back in 2018 that you "are on it" to solve the issue. How about a fix?
