I am not receiving verification text from AT&T.
I am trying to log into my AT&T account on my new iPad and iPhone and they are trying to send me a verification code. But I never received. Anyone know what number that is coming from? Or know why this is happening? If anyone knows the number they would be texting me from I thought I could check to see if I blocked it accidentally

Loud buzzing sound
My wife hears a loud buzzing / fog horn sound during calls. We took her iphone XR to apple and they said the hardware is fine and it's a network issue or interference with AT&T. Is there anything that can be done to fix this? Thank you!

I received my iPhone 11 pro max in the mail today. The sim numbers and imei numbers are no where to be found. How to do I locate these numbers so I can activate my phone.

Error message: Exceeded Apple ID's
Hello.
I have a secondary line on my account and it has an iPhone 10 on it which my girlfriend uses. She has had several problems with apple IDs and had to get some new ones but now it will not take an additional one so it's left almost useless.
She spoke with apple and they said since the Apple IDs were attached to the first one which had fraudulent activity on it that they all are going to have a problem. And now she's exceeded the number that she's allowed to have on one device. She even tried erasing the phone and starting over but it keeps track of that kind of thing. Any ideas other than making apple get me a new one? I still have another 15 months to pay on this phone!!

I received two different spam texts today from very similar numbers. One claimed that my Netflix bill was not paid and the other was to inform me that amazon was hiring. Both had links that I needed to click.How can I report this?

wifi calling says "too many devices"
I'm setting up a new Apple Watch and getting the error "too many devices connected to wifi calling". Is that an AT&T thing or an Apple thing? If AT&T, how do I delete old devices that are no longer using Wifi Calling?

iPhone 11 BOGO but only using one
From what I have been told it sounds like the AT&T BOGO applies as long as adding a new line and buying two iPhone 11 phones on 30-month installment plans.
I chatted with an agent and it sounds like even if I don’t activate and use one of the two phones that I would be eligible for the $700 credit over 30 months as long as I continue to make payments over the 30 months for the phones.
It sounds like the same terms apply for the $300 reward card.
Can others confirm if this is true?

Cannot get tracking number for claim
Hey there, I’ve recently made a claim for an apple watch, but I cannot get the tracking number. The only options to send the tracking number to is the number for the lost apple watch & an email that is not in use anymore. I was wondering if I call asurion would they be able to help me with this? Because I’ve never received a call from them to tell me if the claim went through fine or not

T-mobile and Sprint are giving the new iPhones with only trade an iPhone 7 Plus or upper. I went to ATT office for ask what offer we have the costumers and they told me there’s not offers for costumers just for new lines. I feel it was a bad decision move with you guys.

Attempting to connect new Apple Watch 5 to replace the old Watch 3 on my account. Cannot proceed past

And of course I tried that. Help? I have no cellular!
