Hello,
I bought a phone at bestbuy on 4th of July, 2019. Then, now I return to my country (Thailand) and I can’t use any sim card.
I contact Apple support then they give me a advice to contact the sim card carrier to unlock my iPhone for use with a different carrier.
Anyway AT&T (my sim card carrier) said they can’t unlock for me so I have to contact the seller then, I call bestbuy and they said ‘Sorry,we sold you the wrong phone’ bestbuy sold ‘universal phone’ for me
I try to contact AT&T and bestbuy but nobody try to fix this problem for me. Nobody taking the responsibility to solve the problem.
What am I supposed to do? I would really appreciate if you take a look into this issue and I would be grateful if you will let me know as soon as possible.
