I cannot believe the amount of incompetence im experiencing right now with ATT. I preordered my iphone 11 on september 13th a whole 2 minutes after the preorder window opened. Was told my phone was going to be here on the 20th, launch day. I was told I would receive overnight shipping. On the 19th I got an email saying that my phone had been shipped. I got a tracking number for the USPS. (Why usps?) I immediately looked up the tracking number on the USPS website and it said “Pre-shipping” which means theyve been electronically notified that att has a package waiting to be picked up. I thought this was strange because ATT says they already shipped the package. The 20th of september comes, and my package is still in pre-shipment. I called customer service and was given the run-around and basically told to just wait because they cant do anything and its out of their hands. Ok, whatever. The next day, my package is still in pre-shipment. I call again asking why they say my phone has been shipped but USPS hasnt picked it up yet. They say that if i dont have the phone by the 22nd to call back and theyll do some escalation case. Its now the 23rd and I have yet to receive my phone that I payed taxes for and my tracking info from USPS still says “Pre-Shipment” which means THEY HAVE NOT PICKED UP MY PACKAGE. (Att doesnt seem to understand what this means) They say i cant cancel or do anything until it arrives but im betting that this is gonna be a month or two long endeavor based on all the other forums. My girlfriend has sprint, preordered her phone, and got hers day one. My friend has verizon, preordered his phone and got it day one. My other friend didnt preorder, but waited in line to get his phone on launch day, and got it. Im not paying att another dime until i get my phone. Ive been given ZERO explanation for why my phone isnt here or in transit or anything, and if they expect me to pay installment payments on a phone i havent received, theyve lost their d**n minds. Calling customer service is a joke. What is the meaning of this? Why are they lying to me and saying theyre going to write a note on my file about starting an escalation case if I call back in the next 24 hours? When I call back they tell me there is no note and that the new customer service person im on the phone will add a note since the last one didnt. Rinse and repeat. Im beyond belligerent about this because nothing is being done and theres no end in sight. All im told to do is wait even though my phone is coming up on five days late.

Found a reported lost iPhone
Hi,
4 months ago I lost my iPhone X out of no where or should I say misplaced it. Was looking for it for days and wasn’t successful finding it. I reported it lost since I had the insurance and gave me a new phone. 4 months later, we were cleaning the entire house and found the phone under the sofa bed. I want to give it to my mom since she uses an old phone now. How can I unlock the phone and be able to use it again? I tried inserting a different sim and it’s not working. I need help with this. I don’t want to waste the phone since I paid a lot of money for it. Thank you so much.

Iphone 11 never delivered
Everyone that preordered the iphone 11, whatever model, and is still waiting on it outta be compensated for a free upgrade or just get the phone for free all together. The amount of people i see on here dealing with ATTs garbage customer service is astounding. Cant wait to switch carriers, im beyond frustrated. Im not paying for a phone I never received, I dare them to throw me in collections.

Order status: action required
I made an online order & received an email the following day that action was required, or my order would cancel. I called & got transferred numerous times, only to be told by last rep to go in the store. What is the point of online ordering if I have 2 go in store? And furthermore why aren't any AT&T reps able to assist as the email stated? Very frustrating.

Question on upgrading apple watch series 3 to series 5
I am upgrading my apple watch from a series 3 cellular to a series 5 cellular. Is the cellular account switched over automatically upon pairing the new watch, like it is with phones, or do I have to remove it from the old watch before pairing the new watch? Buying a new iPhone 11 Max Pro is $45 a month on top of your bill. Why does it go up $5 if you’re trading in your current phone????? That makes no sense. I’m giving you something, and you’re charging me more for it. Explain that.

STOP EMAILS FROM TEXTING ME
I am getting VERY RACY texts that come from an email address and I want them to stop! The come from an email address to a group of 20 cell phone numbers, none of them I recognize. The first time I blocked the email address that sent it and all of the phone numbers in the group but that takes time. It doesn't work anyway because the next day I would get another from a different email address. Now they are coming several a day and VERY vulgar with pictures! Blocking individual email addresses does not fix this problem. I want to stop ALL email addresses from texting my phone! This is VERY serious and I need help.

Issue with Asurion
My iPhone screen is broken -- Asurion is telling me that I have no providers in my area (I live in Washington, DC) who can fix my iPhone screen, which would cost $49. Instead, Asurion is telling me that my ONLY option is to pay for a new phone, which would cost $299. This seems pretty ridiculous that I can't mail in my phone OR that Asurion can't find me a local provider to fix my phone at the price they have advertised. Has anyone encountered this? How can I get it fixed? I spent almost 2 hours on the phone today with Asurion...talked to 4 different people, including headquarters...no one helped. Please advise!

Unknown messages and missed calls
I do not get group messages and some calls do not go through. Group chats sometimes come the next day or even 2 days after they should. I received 50-100 unknown messages at the same time. Very annoying and the network reset or iMessage solutions do not work. I need a real solution. Verizon is looking like the best solution
