Okay I’ve called and website chat with the agents. And I bought my iPhone XS Max from ATT with me being the owner of it and the account. But, requests fails and they think I’m not the owner like watdafuq come on I even gave you guys my id and social as it is on my account. So I stopped paying for bills because of that and now they’ve canceled my account like greedy money collectors. Need help!?!

apple watch 5 fails
Bought an apple watch 5 today. Got to the att store and att says the watch is already on someone else's account. i go back to apple store and get a second watch. Guess what Att says its on someone else's account. Is att that incompetent that they can't activate a watch? Two brand new watches on the first day of sale yet att thinks they are owned by someone else. I don't for a second believe two people bought watches today and returned them today after trying to activate them. Seriously ATT can you not get your act together??? Funny thing is every time I log in they make me offers, like I would buy anything from att at this point.

Using up data as a guest
I travel a lot and use my phone as a hotspot for WiFi. However, I’m staying at my daughters house right now, she’s low on data and I have unlimited. My phone automatically connects to her WiFi. Am I using her data because of this? Should I manually disconnect from her WiFi on my settings so that my phone will use itself as my WiFi?

Unlocking iPhone to use for a different carrier
I paid off my iPhone X today to give to my niece who has t mobile. I went to unlock the device with the link i was given through at&t but when i put in the imei code I’m given the message saying that that imei isn’t connected to an at&t phone, when it is. I’m currently at a loss as for what to do. Any help would be appreciated.

New phones for teens
My husband and I have iPhone 8’s that are halfway through installment payments. I would like to upgrade at least mine 
but I have 3 teenagers who want their first phone for Xmas! I’m debating best options. Is the installment and adding a line through cell provider best or just buy the phone outright from Apple? Thoughts?? I don’t want duplicative insurance etc

Problem saving personal voicemail greeting on new iPhone

I set my iphone on my car while putting my kids in..it fell off. It is in a block area, but its very grassy and hard to fine. I had tracking on, but it went offline the second it left my driveway. I saw online that my carrier may be able to track it through the IMEI#. Is this possible?

Call forwarding problem with my iPhone 7 -- Message 31US01LV
I am unable to turn off or turn on call forwarding some times. When I go to "call forwarding" on my iPhone 7, it is just "spinning". I am not able to turn it on or off. At on time, when my iPhone was forwarding to another number, I called my iPhone from that number and got the following message: Call has been forwarded too many times. Message 31US01LV.
Any help with this problem would be appreciated.

I am receiving duplicate texts on my iPhone when I receive a group text. For example, when I receive a text this is what happens:

Both are in the same text.
Also, it happens only from friends with android phones not from friends with iPhones.
