Iphone 11 preorder and number port

So I went into AT&T 9/14 to first port my number over from my t-mobile account to my fiance's AT&T account. While we were there we both preordered the new iphone 11. During the whole process they assured us that the phones would be here on time and mine phone would be loaded with my old number and at&t sim. 

 

For a while the account was saying that the order was waiting for the number to be ported in for my phone and that the order was in progress. Today it is just saying that the order is in process whereas my fiance's phone has been shipped and I believe is waiting for us at the apartment. I tried to call and talk to someone about my order status but they sent me over to wireless and I never got in touch with anyone over there. 

 

Anyone else experience something similar and have some advice on how to proceed?

Dear sir/madam,

 

Few days before my cousin brought me from the US a brand new iPhone XR. I live in Greece, so a strange thing happened. When I inserted my SIM card from a local carrier it appeared a message that said “NO VALID SIM”. When I tried to unlock the device via your site, the following message appeared:

Looks like this device is lost or stolen so we can't unlock it. If you think this is a mistake call 800.331.0500 or 611 from your mobile phone for help.

I don't think my cousin is a thief, though. Is there any chance that he may have any unpaid bill and thus the carrier is locked? Could you please help me with this issue?  I hope you take my application into consideration and let me know what is happening.  I apologize for my bad English.

My family all ordered new iPhones and the gold pro max 256gb shipped and is being delivered today but my green pro max 250gb has said “in progress” for a week now and is on backorder. How long will this take to be resolved?? It’s bizarre

So, we preordered the new iPhone 11 buy one get one both Pro Max’s. Awesome, they charge us for the sales tax and the next day we get a notification from our bank saying ATT tried to charge us AGAIN. Hours later we get an email stating “We can’t process your order, you need to update your payment method.” We call and explain that they have already deducted the sales tax for BOTH PHONES already and were confused. ATT explains that we need to accept the terms and conditions, we haven’t received an email at this point regarding terms and conditions nor was our order even coming up when they gave us the link to go sign them. Then they tell us that they just need to verify our card info so they attempt to input it and they tell us “we have updated your payment you’re all set” cool. So we login to verify we’re all set and get the same error so we attempt to input it ourselves and lo and behold, we get a error. We went to the ATT store and even they got an error and couldn’t help us. Then we call back AGAIN and end up being transferred to the loyalty department where this nice gentleman goes out of his way to try and figure out what the heck is going on. We are told by some tech that the problem was escalated and we would receive a call within 48 hours. That didn’t happen. One of the phones have now shipped and the other is “in progress” until we update our payment method. And we still get the same error every time we try to update it. What the heck ATT. Tomorrow is the release date and we got half of our order and NO ONE has called us to let us know what’s happening, or they simply shrug their shoulders and tell us there is nothing they can do.

I'm getting duplicate texts in a group MMS with a Verizon iPhone user and two android users

Two weeks ago i started getting duplicate texts from an android user in a group MMS, only happens in the group and I cannot seem to troubleshoot it. I'm finding this is an AT&T problem and I'd like some help resolving it. I've done ALL the apple suggestions already.

My iphone 7 had a child change my passcode, they forgot what they changed it to, now my iphone screen says my phone is disabled, how do I fix my disabled iphone 7?

I am one of the unlucky ones with my new phone stuck in "Preparing to ship" status.  I like most of you have called and had chats all day with each AT&T rep telling me something different here are a few of the explanations: 

 

1)  It's still going to be there, just wait.

2)  Phones will ship out today at 3pm today and arrive on Saturday.

3)  Again phone will be there today be patient, I can see where it shipped

4)  The phones are on back order and won't arrive until after Sept 24th.

 

My problem isn't that it's delayed, so much as, no one at AT&T can communicate with it's customers and tell us what the issue is. Every chat you start you'll get a different answer and I'm 100% positive that as a company they know why so many customers orders where not fulfilled.  It is a very bad business decision to leave paying customers in the dark about their purchase.  If for nothing else to reduce the calls and chats to the support staff.  Instead, AT&T just left it's paying customers to wonder what happened?  Do we stay around the house tomorrow and to see if its delivered?   Do we know it won't be until after the 24th?  Are the phones are back order?  Did the phones ship out at 3pm?  Are the phones on a delivery truck as we speak?  I mean honestly no one knows, we are all left in the dark until, who knows??? Am I over reacting, I'm not sure but I know I'm not happy!   Thanks AT&T!

iPhone 11 activation

I just upgraded to the iPhone 11 and activated my new phone but it wouldn’t call. The SIM card didn’t seem to activate so I had to put my old SIM card in my new phone for it to work. Is this normal or should I be using the new SIM card that came with the iPhone 11?

A friend told me that after Jan1 2020 my iPhone 5S will no Lindbergh supported because it does not have HD voice capability. Is this true?

Cannot activate new iPhone 11.

I purchased an additional line to my existing wireless plan. I am unable to activate the new line/phone. I tried using the att.com/activations webpage, but it gives me an error message:

ACT107 : Looks like there aren't any numbers eligible for activation on the associated account.

  • For help, call us at 866.895.1099.
  • If you're activating an insurance replacement device, call us at 866.895.1099.
  • If you're activating a device purchased from a retail partner and a new, unused SIM card, go to att.com/activate, or call us at 800.331.0500.

I tried calling AT&T for 4 hours today and no one could help. I was transferred from department to department without any help. Can someone please help me? I assumed that activating a new line would not be difficult.

I need a help. My iPhone XS was stolen in Fortaleza, Brazil a 2 months ago. I bought a New iPhone XS and for my surprise the thieves managed to Lock this New device through att using a program by Deep Web. How can I solve this please? Thanks a lot.

I ordered the iphone 11 it was suppose to be here on the 20th but my phone has not shipped. Why won't they ship my phone? I called and customer serivce is really bad. Its hard to understand and communicate with ATT reps. When will my phone be shipped.

Customer since 2002 or so. Family plan. iPhone 6s starting to give me trouble. Touchscreen, battery life, etc. Don’t want the latest for $$$$$. Looking at iPhone 8, buying outright from apple. Am I still looking at this ridiculous “upgrade fee”. It’s such a waste of money.

I am upgrading from a Xs Max with an ATT E-sim as primary and an Australian Vodaphone Physical Sim. I just got the 11 Pro, how do I move my e-sim and primary service?

I got this Iphone 7 about three months ago. I had the att phone store transfer my data from my broken Iphone 6, It works but is locked to att network. I travel out of the country and want to unlock it. When I try I get "The IMEI you entered does not appear to be an AT&T wireless phone or tablet".

 

Also when I log into my family share ap it shows the models of the other phones in my account but only my phone number, no model.

 

I cannot do this online, please help. I see from the board this is not a unique issue.
