So I wake up to an email saying my order has been cancled, I immediately call att they could not give me a reason to why but they said they would have to place a new order. I was never rude to the CSR I was very polite, and I asked her "be honest with me should I place a new order with you right now or keep it cancled and order directly from Apple?" Peer response was Order from Apple she went on to say how big of a mess att is in right now and that they are so behind it would be January! So I got my upgrade reversed and I Ordered from Apple. I then get a confirmation that it will ship in 7-10 business days! If you have dates that are 11-9 11-27 I would consider canceling. I pre ordered on 9-13 in the store originally.
