Before I hear all of you making excuses for AT&T as to how hard it is for them to ship out phones to us all hear me out. Logistically it is a nightmare BUT, and this is a BIG BUT, it's not like they've never done this before! They've had at least 5 launches now FIVE! to get this whole mess straightened out. I was an dummy this time around because I believed the AT&T hype and rep to order it online to make sure I got one on launch day. Well here I am wishing that I had just listened to my gut and waited in line at an Apple Store. Silly me, Shame on me ... fooled me once AT&T never again. You've changed my delivery date 3 times, failed to set appropriate expectations, made me wake up at a ridiculous time, and finally misrepresented yourself.
As of now people on the East coast who ordered HOURS after me are getting their phones while I will have to wait 4 weeks for mine even though I ordered 20 min after launch and the phone literally sit in a warehouse less than 10 miles from where I live. SHAME ON ME for believing you.
You've lost my trust and while I will continue to pay my bill and stay with you ...I now stay due to a contractual obligation and not because I want to. You have 2 years to earn my trust and respect back.
