So..has anyone called Apple?

I know it's a stretch, but has anyone called Apple to ask when they think they may get caught up on AT&T orders? Since we can't get anything out of AT&T and AT&T is blaming this whole mess on Apple, maybe someone should get on the horn with Cupertino and ask if they can shead any light on this? I'd do it but I'm trying to work while checking in at this forum and have time for little else. I've tried to Google news about the shortage but only get articles from last month.
