I phone 6 order cancelled for a 3rd time!!!

This was my media post on facebook on 10/10/2014, explaining my fustration.  NOW this is really funny, MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED AGAIN!! Only this time its not showing the date it was cancelled.  AT&T is a multi-billion dollar company. WHY, WHY, WHY cant you all get it right for once!!

I have been an At&t customer for almost 15 years. I am appalled by the horrific customer service treatment I have been given, and no one at AT&t is competent enough to handle the situation, or even care. The executive representative, Stephanie Wilson, told me there is "nothing else I can do for you, and no I will not further escalate your call to anyone. This was today at 3:21pm. I called back... and spoke to Ben at *****, in the corporate office, and he put me on hold and mysteriously the phone disconnected. My issue is that I ordered the I phone 6 on 9/12 for my granddaughters bday in the early am, and at 5:50pm I got an email saying my order was cancelled. After 8 days and hours and hours of going back and forth with At&t representatives, I finally got the number to the executive offices. Ok, so Stephanie got AT&T premier to put in a second order on 9/20, and that order was cancelled on 9/25. So, I called Stephanie again, and she puts in another order on 10/1/2014, and here we are again waiting days and weeks for a phone that was originally ordered on 9/12. After speaking to her today, she informed my that the last order was cancelled because their was a shipping discrepancy. Ok, well they see I am a customer, so why would they cancel the order instead of calling and clearing up the matter. And, still no one can confirm why the first order was cancelled in the first place. I have told the reps, including the executives that there is a problem with the processing system at AT&T premier. It seems when they go to pull the order and process it, that is when the order is being cancelled. I want someone to demonstrate accountability at AT&T and stop giving me the runaround. I want to know, if this third order is cancelled, what is AT&T going to do!!! Put in another order perhaps, that is only going to be cancelled again by the system. I WANT AND DEMAND TO SPEAK TO THE PRESIDENT. It is completely ridiculous that one department does not know what the other department is doing, and all anyone wants to do is pass the issue onto the next person. I want to be guaranteed that my order will not be cancelled a third time!! I am trying to take preventative measure with the hopes that the phone will be coming in the mail soon, I just need someone capable and able to do the same at AT&T. Lastly, I spoke to Julian earlier today, and he was very professional and was able to give me a $100 credit. And by no means do I think it is a sufficient credit for all of the hours and days of aggravation I have had to go through. Additionally, the most shocking information that he provided my with was the fact that I have called in over 20 times this month in relation to this matter. Again, I know longer want to speak to Stephanie, who was nice at first, but really can't promise or guarantee anything. I HAVE A RIGHT TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE HIGHER TO HAVE MY ISSUE RESOLVED. Cheryl ...10/21/2014 YES AND I  WAS RIGHT!!! THE 3RD ORDER WAS CANCELLED!!!
