I am doing an upgrade using the Next program.. I received 1 phone with an apple id already programmed in it. I refused to pay full price for a used phone so asked for a discount. They wouldnt dicount me so I turned it in and ordered another. I waited 7 days and then ATT cancelled the order. I dont know the reason so dont ask. So then I spent two hrs on the phone trying to get it reorderd and expedited. I first talked to a forgeign help desk and they were very unhelpful. Then I dialed the 611 number and they got one orderd and expedited. I also signed up for uverse at this time. This weekend I lost my credit card that the phone was ordered on. Apparently ATTs system is so archaic that you cant do something simple like switching credit card numbers. So I had to cancel the order. This is where my issue comes.
I cannot order another phone because of this. I have called every day since sunday...so thats 3 different calls. I have been patient but this is getting ridiculous. I am done calling. So I need someone who can fix this right now. I dont want to wait another 48 hrs. I dont care if someone calls me or what but I want this resolved. If not I am switching my carrier service to another provider.
This customer service has been horrible and I dont want to have uverse with you guys if you cant do a simple thing and order an upgrade.
So I need someone from ATT to contact me. Ive tried over the phone and through the chat and I am pretty much fed up.
