I have COMPLETELY been abused by the customer service format AT&T has created. I am a loyal customer of over 15 years and yet and still I am continuously running into sales representives that have no Empathy nor can I get Call/Chat Center agent that has the resources to preform the simple task of finding my orders.
All I haven't gotten is random estimated dates, Agents that cant find info or even going directly into the AT&T Corporate store(Barrett Parkway, Kennesaw Ga) and getting passed of to a rookie sales guy by the Manager, who NEVER address my issue but instead tried to sale me the inferior U-Verse product. DUDE, I work in the Tech field and in no way is 18 Mbps going to measure up to a continuous 125+Mbps!
