I placed an order iphone6 upgrade on September 26 through apple online site. Yesterday I got an email from apple that my order was canceled because of eligibility issue. So I called att and confirmed that I don't have any eligibility issue on my record, and the att representative recommend me to go apple local store and tallk to apple shop manager. So I did it. The apple manager told me to go att store with apple guy to know what happened. The att consultant helped us to know what happened, and gave a couple of posibilities which were not clear to me. Anyway I was waiting 18 days for the delivery, and my order was canceled. Can you check it again for me, and would you let me know any way to get the phone as soon as possible.
