Customer Service please call me. I am extremely unhappy and dissatisfied. I put the BODYGUARDZ Glass Screenguard screen protector on my phone and it fell off a few days later. I went to go return and of course it's against policy to return screen protectors. I can understand if I broke it and can't return it, but it is a faulty product and I don't even want it anymore. I expect AT&T to stand behind the products it sells. I cannot believe there is no recourse for products that are substandard. The manager Andrew, after explaining the return policy (not posted anywhere), that he will give me $10 off a new one. I'm trying to return this item, do you really think I want to spend another $25 on the same inferior item. I'm a long time customer and a subscriber of wireless, uVerse, and internet. Please call me. The only thing that will make me happy is if I can have my $35 dollars back for this piece of glass that will not stay on my phone. Thanks.
