I ordered 6+ 16 g in space gray fri morn, had confirmation very shortly afterwards. Nothing further till sunday saying phone was processed and had ship date 11/9-11/27. After run around for several hours on monday, I was told it was processed fri,not sunday, credit card showed sunday 14th not fri 12th, the associate also went on to tell me just cancel if I didn't like the way things were handled, since order was pushed back 35 days from release date. At&t customer service has really gone downhill. I'm now being encourage on order confirmation page to cancel. Been with At&t for over 10 years. Anyone else treated as badly? Just wondering. It looks like I won't be getting phone.
More than likely will move on to another carrier.
