I ordered the Space Gray iPhone 6 Plus around 3:05AM EST last Friday 9/12. My order went through to an order confirmation page and gave me an order ID. I however never received the order confirmation email. I cannot find my order online. No agents can find it either. I have called and been put on hold for a very long time to only be transferred and then had a ticket opened to find my order. The timeframe for me to receive a call on that has since passed. I have chatted with agents who cannot find anything and have no solution to finding my order. This is becoming very frustrating as I specifically stayed up and order the phone early to try and be one of the first people to preorder. I have a pending charge on my credit card for $1.00 from ATT but still noone @ ATT can tell me anything about my order. ATT is very good at apologizing to me for this but noone can give me a solution.....ok a solution may be hard but noone can even give me a timeline to my issue or when it will be resolved. A company of ATT size should have a solution by now to this problem you would think.
Has anyone else experienced this issue with this iPhone preorder? I have previously preordered through Apple with no hiccups once the order is placed.
