Am I the only one to experience this? I woke up last Friday (yes, like a crazy person) to pre-order the iPhone 6 Plus. I waited through all the website problems and finally ordered after refreshing the website for >30 minutes. I received no notification that the order was received til later that morning. Then a few hours later, I got another email that the order was cancelled!!!
I've been trying to contact AT&T Premier since Friday. The recording continuously hangs up on me every time I tried, which was several times a day. Finally tonight I the online chat service was able to connect me to a "person." Of course, no help. Transferred to a different representative. Retold my story about how it was cancelled. After 20 minutes of answering "security questions" I'm told "Upon checking order number xxxxxx, the order is cancelled." Thanks "Rochelle!" You're input is so valuable!!! Then after 20+ more minutes, I'm referred to the same number I've been calling since last Friday.
I've been on hold with that number now for 1 hour (still on hold as I type). Hey, at least I haven't gotten hung up on (yet)!!!
Thank you for listening!! Anyone else have to deal with this? I'm so ready to move to Verizon.
