Robo calls and wrong info

I called a few months back about my son's phone number popping up as someone else's name on caller ID. That, unfortunately, has not been fixed no matter what has been "done" on AT&T's end. It didn't happen when he first got the phone, but did later on. What the heck?

Now I am getting calls for someone else. When I answer, they tell me that they do not have any information with my number, but their robotic calling system keeps dialing my number. It is also happening to some of my friends who also have AT&T and the people at the other end seem to be baffled. Is this happening to anyone else?
