I ordered an iPad mini in store on September 26th. Because there were none in store. The man that sold it to me in store and rang me up told me it should be here in about a week. Yet every time I get online to check my status it tells me that you are still preparing to ship and my order should be here anywhere from 10/2-10/9. I can understand it taking a little bit to get here but 6 days to prepare for shipment is outrageous. I'm getting married in 8 days and this was a wedding gift for my fiancé. I'd really love to have it before then. Thank you for your time, I hope this matter can be resolved.
