My last iPhone unfortunately fell right into a lake, and despite our best efforts, was never found. Our insurance covered for a new phone, however when I received it in the top left corner it says 'no service'. When I went on the AT&T site to activate my SIM card, it said it was already activated. Would this be because I didn't have the SIM card from my old phone in the newer one? I have no clue. I've already tried turning it on and off again, resetting the network settings etc. but I'm not sure what to do. Any help would be realllyyy appreciated!
