Last friday 8/7/15 I called at&t to cancel my service, the girl on the phone was very rude, 1.02 hour later she said she was going to do it (cancelation service) but she only hung the phone and locked my 2 phones, I've been sending mails since friday and nobody do anything to help me, the other company is not able to give the services yet, until at&t unlock my phones. I have no contrac with you guys, you asked me to pay 235 for leaving and I did.
