I need some help trying to determine how I am going over my 10G Data Plan.Our plan has 2 Samsung Android phones and an Apple 6. The last few days of my billing cycle, I get a text message indicating my data is at 75% or sometimes even 90%. My phones are almost always connected to Wi-Fi and have no idea how this continues to happen.
Can someone please explain what I need to do to avoid the overage charges and avoid this from happening?
From what Ive been reading this appears to be a known problem with AT & T and if this is the case and they do nothing to fix or correct the problem then isnt that cause to breach the contract?
Extremily frustrated and aggravated at this point. My bill is already over $200 a month!!!
