Put simply, I need previous owners icloud account info to sign her out of my iphone.
We do not have this info or any way to obtain it I have her original sales receipt the phone isn't stolen we both just aren't familiar with apple products and were unaware this needed to be done before I had my phone activated with my phone number.
Please dont give me all the first suggestions on the apple support page, not only have I tried all of these suggestions i have talked to apple and visited the store multiple times and also researched my other possible options.
As of now it seems to me Apple is refusing to help simply because they don't have to.
They suggested I contact my wireless provider so is there anything you can do AT&T?!
