Hello, I have made multiple attempts to try and unlock my two iphones 5S as we are going to Europe and despite spending hours on the phone with AT&T, I have not been successful. I have been a loyal AT&T customer for close to 20 years and my latest contract is up in three months. I talked to two supervisors above the rep and they sympathized with me but said they couldn't help as the only department that could unlock the device was their back office which cannot be contacted over the phone! I have to pay $100+ to complete the contract. What is intriguing is that I am still bound by the contract even if they unlock the phones, so not sure why they aren't unlocking the device. This is extremely frustrating as they have unlocked devices for me in the past. I understand that some may have misused their past liniency but I am not one of them. It's quite obvious they don't care for my 20 year loyalty and I am better off taking my business elsewhere in three months when my contract comes up! Anyone else with similar experience?
