Hi,
I have an apple Iphone 5S and i have been with AT&T for 4 years now. I have 10 lines under my connection. I am going out of Country for two months from end of July and will be back by September 2015. My contract on Iphone5S gets over by September 2015. I have been calling AT&t today to unlock my phone so that i can use it during my 2 months international travel with some local carrier instead of paying for international charges. Only 2more months on my contract. I have mentioned them clearly that i wont cancel my contract or close my connection before my contract ends but still those people wont even hear what i say.
Top of it, the phone i have is my own iphone which i got in apple store after i had a liquid damage on the original phone which AT&T gave. I am just asking to look out for possiblities so that i will be able to use my Iphone 5S during my travel. I even mentioned them that i will show my flight tickets.
I feel like the customer service from AT&T is really bad now a days.
