i was dismayed by the level of non service from ATT. I have an upgrade after a two year contract. I went to the ATT store in Durham about 10 days early and was told by the salesperson that since i wanted to keep the 2 year contract i had to come back on the date that the two years were up. i went back yesterday in the morning and was told by a different sales person that in order to keep the two year contract i could only do this on line!...this is truly bogus.

1. it was a full ATT store, where two different people tell different things...

2. the sales person at the store could have offered to help me with the transaction, she tells me that i can call 611 and do this on the phone or on line.

3. I call the phone line and the person answering tells me that i need to go to the ATT store!

 

are you kidding me?!!!! after being a customer for over 20 years!
