I requested to have my iPhone5 unlocked and was given permission by AT&T. I've restored my phone and followed the instructions I received in my email, as well as what was written for instructions on AT&T's website. I unlocked my wife's phone first and that was successful and I've tried unlocking mine over 15 times and have been unsuccessful. I'm military and already depolyed and can't call customer service and need this issue resolved ASAP. I contacted Apple and they confirmed it is an issue on the carrier side. Any help would be appreciated.
