Shipped with a little crack my home key

Hello, I've been with Verizon wireless for 13 years. I decided to switch to Att hoping for better costumer service. First off I'm not a complainer, but I don't feel rite switching even tho I have a plan and phone etc. First call, wanted to transfer my number for the 100 credit he said ok and since in a new customer that they would wave the $40 activation. Anyway it went from that to you have to pay 199.00 ok fine, then another 100? And the guy I spoke too said overnite shipping that I waited a week for. I finally got the phone fri the 17th. Set some thing up had to keep calling in due to errors, etc. resolved them. Seemed everything was fine until I went and bought a life proof 90.00 cover and went home to put it on, and mind you my iphone6 never left my carpeted bedroom, I went to put it on. I looked at the home key I thought there was a price of lint, nah you guessed it a small but it's a crack... I have had the phone for not even 4 days, and issue after issue. I do have mobile protection but I do not and feel I shouldn't have to pay anything more. I just want my phone fixed, and already was stranded last week without a phone and I own a grass cutting business that's busy as heck, and a young family that I need access to my phone all day and night. . I think I made the right decision switching companies, things happen, but action and respect comes from a companies willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty. . Trueme417 yahoo.com Thanks
