Any way to tell AT&T customer before call?

You know how you can tell if an intended text recipient has iMessage before you send them a message? I'm wondering if there's a way to do that with phone calls. Does anyone know if there's a way to tell before you make a phone call if the intended recipient of that phone call is on the AT&T network? Thanks in advance!
