My sbcglobal email on my iPhone stopped working yesterday. I can send email, but I can't receive it. I can receive email using the yahoo app or safari, just not using the stock app that came on the phone. My yahoo & gmail accounts work just fine. I have powered my phone off, then on, deleted & added that email adderess twice, with wi-fi on and with it off. I talked with tech support, got moved through to 3 different people (for a total of 41 minutes) and the last one said she couldn't help unless I paid $15/month. Huh? Why pay that when i could go to the Genius Bar at Apple for free. And I am sure there is no guarantee they will fix my issue even if I do pay the $15. Rant over - anyone know how to fix my email?
