I have an iPhone 6 plus iand my wife has an iPhone 6. Both from AT&T. We have had AT&T for three years and loved at the same place for same duration and never had any issues with the service. Suddenly, few days ago I started getting no service in and around my house. I can't make any calls or receive any either. It only happens within 100 feet of the house even outside.
Tried calling AT&T and they went thru the regular reset steps and assigned a case number to check local tower. Has anyone experienced this & how did they resolve it. If I drive a block away the issue goes away. It's not the phone or the SIM. If it was the issue will be consistent everywhere.
