I'm not too sure what is going on with the delay. I have had friends that have ordered the iPhone 6 plus 128g months after I did with different carriers and have recieved it already. My problem isn't with the delay as I understand there were some tech issues and of course just the whole "supply and demand" concerns. My problem is that the company I have been loyal to for many many years keeping their customers in the dark! I am a Coporate Director of Operations for a large Hospitality company in NYC so I deal with customer service on a daily basis. This is just not the way to handle this situation. I would expect this from a small start up company that had a big idea and just got overwhelmed but not from AT&T. I am brand loyal to a fault and to be honest, this lack of communication is taking my patience to a dark place.
I placed my order on 9/23/14 my delivery date has now changed for the 3rd time from 12/12/14 - 12/19/14. Let's see what happens tomorrow....
AT&T please do not insult the intellegence of your customers. We would rather hear the truth than nothing at all.
It's time to own up to the problem and keep your share holders in the loop.
