I previously had a 2gb plan and would exceed my data allowance monthly and pay overage fees. During this time I had no connectivity issues. I recently upgraded to a 15gb plan and since the upgrade I have extreme difficulty connecting to the internet when not on WiFi. I will show I have full 4G service, but it will not connect. Apps don't connect, I cannot visit webpages, text messages won't send, etc. I will get connection for a few minutes and then it will stop responding.
I have a 4s and thought maybe it was a phone issue, but my husband has a new galaxy and has had the same issue. This has occurred daily since the upgrade and in multiple locations including different cities and states.
Any advice? Is this something Att had put in place to restrict data usage on plans that have been increased?
