I have ordered 2 iPhones on 10/5/2014. I chose the shipment is receiving at home. The client at the AT&T store told me that it's about 1 week to receive my iphone 6, a month for the iphone 6 plus. It's almost a month now but I dont receive any new iphone yet. I received 2 emails from AT&T noticed that they changed the expected shipment time. The third time I did not receive any email, so I have to check the shipment status. I still did not see the tracking number, that means my phone was not shipped yet. So sad that my current phone is broken now. I really need the now phone. I dont know why it take so long to send me a new phone. I met a lot of people who received the iphone just 24 hours after the order. I ask the AT&T client at the local store. They didnot help me any more, just told me call the number on the email. I have called but they could not find my order automaticly. When I chose to talk to a "professional client", noone answered me. How can I believe that they wont change the expected shipment time again? OR maybe next year I will have it after paying the bill?
