Greetings - Ordered Iphone6 64 gig gold in the begining of October. Was told it would take a week. My updated shipping was inbetween 10/23-11/15. I went to the Apple store everyday till they had what I wanted in stock. Once they did, I placed a 1 day hold on the phone (which you can do right then and there) Stepped outside and called AT&T and had them cancel my order and reset my upgrade status. The whole process took 30 minutes on the phone but it was worth it because I walked out of the apple store with a phone attatched to my AT&T account. It's outragous the ammount of time they are making us wait for what we ordered. AT&T shouldnt be selling stuff they dont have
