Well, I've been bashing Premier service for the last month only to find out my orders while being business orders are not Premier. Makes sense because on the Premier site I could not find my orders. Apparently, if you order the phones by calling them in to business care, the orders are handled like retail orders.
So now I can say for certain that non-Premier and Premier orders are handled the same. At least in my case. Which means while I wait and wait and wait for my phones, 32 days into the process, I at least can't whine about the lousey Premier service since I belong to a 3rd catagory. Not in-store (seems the fastest way to get a phone) Not Premier (seems to be the slowest delivery) but a non-Premier business phone order. Which by my lack of shipping notice may mean I'm in an even slower group.
I guess we'll see when the 13th of next month rolls around and I'l either have my phone or will get a new est delivery date.
