Purchased a new iPhone 6 64 in space gray the day of their release. Rental car was broken into and breifcase was stolen with phone in it. Had insurance with Asurion and filed the claim immediatiely. It's been over 10 days since I filed the claim and they still have NO IDEA when they will be able to send me the replacement. I understand insurance prevents you from having to buck up full sticker for replacement but to basically be told they have no idea when I will see the replacement is absured.
I have a hard time understanding how, Asurion, the main insurance providor for these cell phone companies could not have phones - no matter what kind of phone it is.
