Me How long till I get my phone ATT 2-3 weeks and most people are getting it before then.

Order one 6 64 GB space gray for my husband and one 6 plus silver 64G for me.
Att rep even shows me on his screen 2-3 weeks estimated shipping.
My reciept even shows 2-3 weeks estimated shipping.
Get home.
Now my online account says expected delivery between 11-19 and 12-10.
I could have just waited for my contract to expire Or let the other phone companies buy out my contract and have gotten my new phone. I went through all this just to get my phone at the same exact time I was already going to get my phone
I think ATT hates that other companys are buying out our contrats to get us to switch. So they come up with this next bull crap to get us to hang on. Meanwhile selling more phones without even giving people the phones than any company ever has done in history. Like the biggest scam ever. Look at the shiny object and I will send you one if you stay with me. Someday.
Now the question becomes how are they going to dig their way out of this one. It's a scam and they know it. I am researching companies now. I have been a customer of ATT since 1998. If this is how they lie to their customers I am leaving. Researching other phone companies and service in my area.
