There are a ton of people on the Apple forum about not getting their orders, so it's not just an AT&T issue.
For example, there's one thread "iPhone 6 Plus pre-order delivery estimates" - it's got 2140 posts in the thread.
There are people who have ordered direct from Apple, and those who ordered through their carrier. Apparaently, everyone is complaining that the way that their pre-order was done was the worst.
I'm certainly not saying that AT&T has handled this well - trust me, I'm ticked off about the lies and deception I was told by some of their customer Service folks - the point is, there are a ton of other folks who ordered from someone other than AT&T who are in the same boat we are.
