I ordered my iPhone 6 on 10/02. I specifically selected the gold version as it had the shortest shipping time frame: 7-14 days. I needed my phone by 02/17 - so the dates were acceptable. Now the shipping dates have changed to 02/23-02/30.
I called AT&T customer support and the only thing they could tell me, is that there is not enough phones. If this is the case - do not show a 7-14 shipping time frame. I asked to talk to a supervisor. As a result the call was disconnected.
Extreamly disappointed in AT&T service. I would have been bettrer off going with another carrier. Considering doing it now, if no satisfactory solution can be found. Absolutely unacceptable service.
