I preordered the iPhone 6 pluse SG 128 on Sept 13th at 1pm CST. Ship dates are 11-9 through 11-29 and have not changed. I called to check on it 10-13 to see what the hold up was. I was told they have no idea how long it will take but it might be earlier then 11-9. I asked why people were walking into stores and ordering the phones weeks after I preordered and getting earlier ship dates than I got. Some on this forum have gotten thier phone already that ordered a week or two after I did. The rep told me I could cancel and go order through the store. I did not want to cancel because I did not want to risk losing my place in line.
On 10-14 I log in to find my order canceled...WOW. I called to find out why it was canceled and I was told they show i called in to cancel the order. I explained I did not call and cancel the order and wanted an explination. The rep told me that there was nothing they could do and that i would have to reorder and get at the back of the line. I asked to speak to a supervisor and after about 5 mins of him not wanting me to talk to a supervisor he said fine and transfered me to someone who said he was a supervisor. This person was very rude and told me that I did cancel the order because that is what the notes say. I explained again, that I did not cancel the order. After being on the phone with him for less than 2 minutes he said this was my problem. I told him I had been and ATT customer for well over 12 years and this is not right. I also asked do customer need to cancel thier service to get their attention? The rep said, "yep, I will cancel your service" and then hung up. And that is exactly what he did. It took me two hours to get my lines reconnected.
This is horribole. How does ATT keep customers...if i could cancel my lines now I would. I would never recommend ATT to anyone. I hate to say that but it is the truth right now. They have some good reps but the customer service as a whole is VERY BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
